We want you to love your Angle set. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at anglejewelry.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how to ship the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must contact us before sending the item back

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Sizing

Because we offer optional sizer kits with every order, we don't accept returns or exchanges based on sizing alone.

If you're unsure of your ring or bracelet size, select a Ring Sizer Kit or Bracelet Sizer Kit at checkout. The kit ships first, you measure at home, and we send your jewelry once you've confirmed your size — so it fits the first time.

If you skipped the sizer kit and the size doesn't work, contact us — we're happy to offer 20% off a replacement order at the correct size.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no return required.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at anglejewelry.contact@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement.

Please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us — most "missing" packages turn up within a few days of the expected delivery date.

What's Not Covered

We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or alteration
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sizer kits (these are non-returnable)
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
